To give those who reached out with questions a little more time to bring their ideas to life, we're extending the submission deadline to Friday, August 14th!
A couple things to clarify—this contest is open to ALL ages! We've seen entries from ages 10 and up! Whether you're a seasoned artist, a student, or someone who's simply always loved to draw, we'd love to see your work.
There is no "right" way to design your mural. That's the beauty of art!
Your design can be:
🖌️ A full-scene illustration of Sandy Hook Village
🎶 A fun collage of the landmarks, events, and traditions listed in the contest guidelines
✨ Or anything in between! We want to see your artistic vision.
Don't overthink it—we're looking for creativity, heart, and a design that celebrates the spirit of Sandy Hook Village. 💚
