Help Me Grow of Erie County Supporting families prenatally thru age 3 within Erie County to ensure that infants and toddlers have the best possible start in life!

Erie County Help Me Grow offers Home Visiting and Early Intervention services. The Home Visiting program serves children and their families by partnering with parents to
1. Increase healthy pregnancies;
2. Improve parenting confidence and competence;
3. Increase family connectedness to community and social supports;
4. Improve child health, development, and readiness.. Our vision is for Erie County's children and families to be healthy, supported, and successful! Early Intervention aims to identify and serve children under the age of three with developmental delays and disabilities in order to ensure that Erie County's infants and toddlers have the best possible start in life. All of Home Visiting and Early Intervention services are Voluntary and Free!

It's okay for your child to move into a W-position sometimes. However, make sure you encourage your child to sit in all kinds of positions.

Safe Sleep Saves Lives 💤🍼

Through our Cribs 4 Kids program, we provide free cribs and portable cribs to eligible families. This helps prevent sleep-related infant deaths and promote infant sleep safety!

Safe sleep and sweet dreams! If you are in need of a safe sleep environment for your infant, our program may be able to help. Together, we can we work to prevent SUID.

GET THE WORD OUT !!! Sandusky Ohio's help with Christmas toys should be opening up online on October 3rd. We have limited spots ... first come first served by when COMPLETED application is accepted. Last year the spots were gone by day 6, then as some were declined for incomplete application or addresses outside our area, it opened up new spots, so it is an ongoing process ... feel free to check back if there are no spots left.

Parenting Can Be Wild! Parent Café Series!

Dear Bellevue Families,

We are excited to invite you to Parenting Can Be Wild!, a fun and supportive Parent Café Series designed to help parents and caregivers connect, learn, and build their parenting support network.

The series will be held on Thursday evenings from 5:30–7:30 PM at Jungle Junction, 110 Cherry Blvd., Bellevue, OH 44811.

🌿 What You Can Expect:
Each week will focus on a different topic to support parents and families:

October 15: Building Your Village, Easier Said Than Done – Social Connections
October 22: Roaring Through the Rough Days – Parental Resilience
October 29: My Monkeys, My Circus – Knowledge of Parenting & Child Development
November 5: Taming Wild Emotions – Social & Emotional Competence
November 12: Jungle Survival Guide – Concrete Supports in Times of Need

And the best part…meals and child care are FREE! There will also be a gift card raffle for participating families. 🎁

This is a wonderful opportunity to meet other parents, share experiences, learn practical strategies, and build a stronger community of support for our children and families.
