• Start annual mammograms around age 40, or earlier if you have a family history.
• 3D mammograms and MRIs offer better accuracy for women with dense breasts or high risk.
• Early detection improves outcomes and saves lives.

🌿 Prevention Starts With You (Mayo Clinic)
• Stay active—just 150 minutes of weekly exercise can lower your cancer risk.
• Maintain a healthy weight and limit alcohol, especially after menopause.

✨ In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, McKenzie Health System is offering $55 mammograms in October for those who are uninsured or underinsured.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness month and I have the honor to collaborate with Sanilac County nonprofit organization named “Gladiators Wear Pink”
They sent me their story and all their information which I will put at the end so please take some time to read it. BUT before I do that I have to explain what I’m doing for them. Every T-Shirt, Long sleeve, Crewneck, or Hoodie I am donating $5 back to the organization! I will list the prices and the color options and at the end of the month I would love to donate at least $200 to them!
I am going to donate for any breast cancer design you want but we did put together a special design just for the gladiators 🩷

Who We Are
GWP is a local nonprofit organization in Sanilac County that is dedicated to:
• Raising breast cancer awareness
• Promoting prevention and early detection
• Providing financial support for cancer patients

Our Story
Gladiators Wear Pink was founded in 2021 by David and Gail Tubbs after Gail’s breast cancer diagnosis. During her treatment, they experienced firsthand the emotional and financial challenges faced by patients, families, and caregivers. Our goal is to ease this burden by promoting early detection, raising awareness, and providing financial assistance to those in need in Sanilac County.
