🌱🥕 Growing More Than a Garden 🥕🌱

Our group home boys have been hard at work preparing and caring for their garden! Gardening is a great way to teach responsibility, patience, teamwork, and the value of hard work.

There's something special about planting a seed, caring for it, and watching it grow. Along the way, our youth are learning life skills, spending time outdoors, and building confidence through hands-on experiences.

We're proud of the effort they're putting in and can't wait to see what this year's garden produces! 🌞🌿🍅

This week, our Camp Fun kiddos created vision boards to help them explore their interests, goals, dreams, and the things that make them unique! 💙

Vision boards are a fun and creative way for children to think about what they enjoy, what they hope to achieve, and the positive things they want in their future. They encourage self-expression, goal setting, confidence, and imagination.

We loved seeing each child's personality shine through their creations! 🎨✂️🌈

🚲 Volunteer Opportunity – Bicycle Repair Help Needed! 🚲

Anthony’s Villa is looking for a volunteer with bicycle repair experience to help get several bikes back in working order for the youth in our boys group home.

Many of our youth enjoy riding bikes for recreation, exercise, and building confidence. Unfortunately, several of our bikes are currently in need of repairs, and we could use a helping hand from someone with the skills to get them rolling again.

Whether you're a bike enthusiast, a retired mechanic, or simply enjoy giving back to the community, your time and expertise could make a big difference in a young person's life.

Our group home youth enjoyed some time outdoors feeding trout and connecting with nature. Experiences like these may seem simple, but they provide opportunities to slow down, be present, build positive relationships, and appreciate the world around us.

🎓 Today was a huge milestone at Anthony’s Villa.

One of our group home boys officially graduated, and to make the moment even more special, he got to ring the graduation bell. 🔔

Moments like this remind us why we do what we do. Behind every diploma is a story of perseverance, growth, challenges overcome, and people who refused to give up on themselves. We are beyond proud of the hard work, resilience, and determination he showed to reach this day.

The future is bright, and this is only the beginning. 💙

At Anthony’s Villa, we believe every child deserves support, understanding, and a safe place to heal.

This Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. 🇺🇸

At Anthony’s Villa, we are grateful for the freedoms their sacrifice made possible and recognize the strength, courage, and dedication of all military families.

As we spend time with loved ones today, may we also take a moment to reflect on those who are no longer with us. ❤️
