General deer license available
This will be transferred over to the winner as a region tag of their choice.

Or the winner can choose to hunt with the BSU crew in region A on Nov 1-3

Eligibility Requirements:

To be considered, applicants must meet all of the following requirements:

1. Be a disabled veteran with a VA disability rating of 50% or higher
