In 1991, a passionate group of volunteers came together to create Bonner Homeless Transitions, driven by a shared vision of ending homelessness and addressing its root causes in our community. Since then, we have opened our hearts and doors to hundreds of families and single women, offering not just shelter but hope for a brighter future. Our fully furnished housing provides a safe haven, while our case management, crisis intervention, and support with transportation and legal assistance offer a lifeline in times of need. We go beyond the basics, ensuring our guests have access to food, clothing, and medical care. But more importantly, we empower them with tools and knowledgeāoffering education on parenting, job opportunities, and budgetingāto help rebuild their lives with dignity and independence. By partnering with other local organizations, weāre able to extend our support network and provide even more opportunities for our residents to succeed. With children making up 60% of the individuals we serve, weāre deeply committed to creating a foundation of stability and opportunity for future generations. Every day, we celebrate our growing success in helping families and individuals transition to permanent housing, proving that together, we can create lasting change.
