Friends of the WaterLife Discovery Center has been selected as one of 3 non-profits in Winter Ridge's Bags of Change! If shoppers use their own shopping bags, they get tokens, valued at $0.10 each. They can then put the tokens in the bin to be donated to the non-profit of their choice. Please tell your friends and be sure to shop at Winter Ridge! Thank you!!!

Stop by our Open House on Wednesday May 6th from 11:00 am until 2:00pm! Friends of the Waterlife Discovery Center will be sharing our ideas for projects to improve this special place. Representatives from Trout Unlimited will be there to tell about their mission, too.

During the week of May 4-7, the Friends of the WaterLife Discovery Center, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the facilities at the WaterLife Discovery Center in Sagle, will be participating in Live Give 7B and Idaho Gives, looking for people who love the environment and nature to donate to our organization. Your donations would be used to help with such projects as creating animal silhouettes, adding a native plant garden and bench near our pond’s outlet stream, replacing dilapidated safety fencing, installing a crosswalk across Lakeshore Drive to the nature walk and adding picnic tables to the grounds.
