Karate classes are ongoing at the Sandown Town Hall on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The class times are 4:15 for kids, kids and parents, or beginners. The 5:15 class is for adults and advanced students, but we are flexible if one of those times work best for you.
Classes are taught through Martial Arts for Everyone, a NON-PROFIT entity.
Classes are instructed by the Varrato family and our great Black Belt Instructors, who are all Black Belts in Shaolin Kempo Karate.
Parents this is a great way to spend time with your children as you can take class with them
One of the Main FOCUSES for the children will be conflict resolution without the use of force in SCHOOL and their everyday life.
Adults again take class with your children. It is a great way to bond with them.
The session price is $50.00 for children and $60.00 for adults.Sessions are 4 weeks. You can also choose to one class per week for $25 or $30.There is a FAMILY DISCOUNT FOR MORE THAN ONE PERSON IN THE FAMILY
We are also offering Tai Chi every Tuesday and Thursday at 5:15. One day/week is $30 per session, and two days/week is $60 per session.
