Spring is slowly rolling in
10U softball coaches helping support Sandown players at the plate.

Yesterday, our 10U coaching staff brought a few players to work with a batting coach—the lesson was for the coaches — and it was incredibly valuable. We focused on tee work, proper mechanics, and learning how to identify/match specific drills to each player’s needs.

Now they can bring that knowledge back to the team! 🥎💪🏼
