Also, so there aren’t issues with anyone this year, we will be having a package deal that we will be auctioning off at the Hunters Feast. The items in the package are being put together and will be posted once it is complete.

Good Afternoon All, we have the official list of guns for our December 5th Hunters Feast Event. The 5 yellow highlighted items are for the youth drawing along with the fishing rods & BB guns we also have for the kiddos drawing. Below are the pictures for the ticket packets for the main drawing, as well as the tickets for the Sanderson Senior Scholarship drawing, which are $10 each & the tickets for the youth drawing, which are $1 each. Also below are photos of the grand prize for each drawing, the grand prize for the main drawing is a Marlin Trapper Engraved 30-30 r***e, the grand prize for the Sanderson Senior Scholarship is an Aero Precision X-15 6.5 Grendel & the youth grand prize is Savage Revel Lever 17HMR. We do offer Cash App & Venmo for purchasing ticket packets, along with cash or check of course. Ticket packets are available at Stuards Processing and Taxidermy, Saint’s Desert Kitchen, both in Dryden, Texas, Z Bar Trading Co. in Sanderson, Texas, or reach out to Mark Bennett, Ismael Armando Mendoza, Noemi Nunez, Carolyne Bennett, or Pamela Blaylock. We are also offering Reserved tables for 8 people for $1,000. Reserve tables MUST be paid for up front ahead of time to be reserved, to reserve a table please contact 432-270-7230 Carolyne Bennett.

We want to say Thank You to San Angelo Farm & Ranch LLC for being the first to donate two goats for our upcoming event in December, we appreciate y’all’s support very much!! 4 more needed to have at least 6 to help feed the crowd. **UPDATE**, we are up to 4 goats now, still in need of at least 2 more, 4 would be even better so we have enough to feed those who like goat meat. Thank you Ele Hagelstein for donating 2 goats for our event! We couldn’t do all this without those who donate, sell ticket packets, let us hang our posters, our committee members, & those who show up to help.

Our evening was so busy that we didn’t have a chance to post our Silent Auction items that were donated. We appreciate all our donors, their support means a lot to us!! Thank You to Desert Air Motel & Sanderson Liquor, Sanderson Propane, The Ranch House Restaurant, Alex’s Upholstery, The Pecos County State Bank, ZBar Hardware, Terrel County EMS, Sanderson Farm & Ranch, The Sighting Bbq, Stuards Taxidermy & Processing, Ele Hagelstein, Elizabeth Morris, The Carruthers Ranch, Rafe Hargrove/Hargrove Insurance, Robert Burton, Maggie Kerr, Jeremy Harrison, Amy Harrison Consulting, Texas Farm Store Alpine, Texas. We would also like to thank Saint James Catholic Church for use of the Parish Hall, Joe Hernandez & Steve Valentine for cooking the briskets, Stuards Taxidermy & Processing for cooking the goat & sausage, Jimmy Davis for letting us use his sound system, The American Legion for letting Joe & Steve use their pit to do the briskets, Terrell County for loaning us a few extra chairs & tables, The Terrell County Sheriff’s Deputy who checked in on our event throughout the evening, Shelly Cleveland, Missy Escamilla for handling ticket packet sales, as well as Sheri Thorn for helping them with that & the kiddos that also volunteered to help with ticket sales for the plates & running stuff for us during the event as well as helping move tables & chairs, & also the Terrell County Fair Board for renting us extra chairs & tables. Also a huge Thank You to Ronny Dodson, Zach Dodson & Grady from Dodson Guns in Alpine, Texas for bringing the fi****ms as well as running the paperwork for all the winners, you guys are so very appreciated!! We also want to thank our amazing committee members for all their hard work before, during & after the event, they rocked!!

Good Afternoon All. Here is the winners list from our event last night for the main raffle, as well as the youth & Sanderson Senior Scholarship raffle. For anyone who won but was not present, please remember you have until March 1st to pick up your item(s). If anyone has any questions please reach out to us, we will be happy to help.
