Church That Matters Church That Matters meets at our facility at 3 W. 41st St. in Sand Springs, OK at 9:00 & 10:45 am on Sunday mornings. Come join the revolution!

Lead Pastor, Rusty Gunn invites you to come as you are to a fresh new approach to church. Church That Matters is a church where people can be themselves. Nobody is forced to look like, act like, talk like, vote like or smell like each other. People can experience a life changing encounter with God through authentic community with real people. Church That Matters is a group of imperfect people who

realize it and don’t pretend to be otherwise. We are people on a journey of faith with Jesus Christ and we know from experience that this journey doesn’t always look as pretty and nice as we hoped for. But we have found life in Christ and want others to have the same opportunity. Our mission is to be a church that matters to God, each other, our city, and the world!

Pastor Jonathan Williams continued our 1 John series yesterday with a powerful reminder that "the test of truth isn't popularity, it's Jesus."

The proof of God's love isn't a feeling, it's the cross.
And the cross doesn't just tell us God loves us; it silences the fear that He doesn't.

When we truly understand His love, it changes how we live, how we love, and who we become.

Father’s Day is coming up on Sunday and we’re gonna celebrate all the dads at CTM in a big way! Join us in either Worship Encounter at 9:00 or 10:45am. We’ll have root beer and gourmet bacon served up in the lobby for all the dads… because nothing says “we appreciate you” quite like meat. And we’re also giving away some incredible prizes to one dad in EACH Worship Encounter. No dad is created alike so the winner will get to choose between FOUR prize options: a shotgun, a Blackstone grill, a golf package, or a cooler. So dads, make plans to be here… and somebody go ahead and text your husband, dad, grandpa, brother, or uncle and tell him he needs to come to church on Father’s Day!

Pastor Blain Bartel continued our 1 John series with a powerful reminder of "Remember Who You Are".

Too many people live trapped by shame, believing the lies that they're not enough, too broken, too dirty, or too far gone. But 1 John 3 declares a better story. "See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are!"

Your identity is not found in your failures, your addiction, your past, or your mistakes. If you belong to Christ, you are loved, redeemed, and being transformed by the Father. Shame says, "I am a mistake." Grace says, "I made a mistake, but I am still a child of God."

Watch this encouraging message and be reminded of who God says you are.
