A Monterey native with experience in acclaimed kitchens across the country, Chef Michelle Lee brings creativity, passion, and global inspiration to the C restaurant + bar. From thoughtfully crafted dishes to beautiful desserts inspired by childhood memories and her travels, Michelle’s talent and artistry shine through in every creation. 🌊🍽️

Her culinary journey has even led to appearances on Food Network competitions and the launch of her own cottage food operation, Michelle Kneads Dough. We’re proud to have her as part of our culinary team. ✨
