For the first time we have no rookies participating. Due to that, we do not feel the need to have a pit boss meeting as you all are familiar with what is asked of you and what the rules are.

If you are planning to attend and would like to bring a side dish to help us out, PLEASE DO!! We just ask that you use DISPOSABLE CONTAINERS.

We have already received some great raffle items, and we will again be selling SGT.J Merchandise. There will be a 50/50, Music, great food and good vibes!!

Parking will again be in the field saving the front parking for Handicap, ect.

Again this is a BYOB event.
There are picnic tables but feel free to bring chairs as needed.

Remember all proceeds will benefit WWP. We cant wait to see you there!
