On Saturday, more than 75 early childhood educators from across the Bay Area came together for our 2nd Annual Infant and Toddler Summit. It was a morning filled with learning, laughter, meaningful conversations, and connection. Participants explored infant and toddler development, shared ideas and experiences, and were reminded that we are all part of the same community working toward a common goal—supporting young children and their families.

The day also included opportunities for hands-on learning, collaboration, and creativity through a fun STEAM challenge that brought everyone together. We are grateful to each educator who dedicated their Saturday to growing professionally and strengthening their practice. And to our AMAZING presenters, Shawn M. Bryant and Alli Robin for sharing their knowledge and expertise with us. Thank you for making this event such a success—we are already looking forward to next year!

On Friday night, MC3 hosted our annual Provider Appreciation Dinner—a special evening dedicated to celebrating our early childhood community. This is not a fundraiser, but a chance to come together, connect, and honor the incredible work happening every day across our field.
The energy in a room with 220 ECE professionals was truly something special—full of passion, commitment, and shared purpose.
We are so grateful for our early childhood workforce and all they do, day in and day out, to support our youngest children and their families.

El viernes por la noche, MC3 organizó nuestra Cena Anual de Apreciación para Proveedores, una noche especial dedicada a celebrar a nuestra comunidad de educación en la primera infancia. Este no es un evento para recaudar fondos, sino una oportunidad para reunirnos, conectarnos y reconocer el increíble trabajo que sucede todos los días en nuestro campo.
La energía en un salón con 220 profesionales de ECE fue realmente algo muy especial: llena de pasión, compromiso y un propósito compartido.
