Every Wednesday, AltaSea at the Port of Los Angeles opens its doors to the community for guided campus tours, offering a behind-the-scenes look at the people, ideas, and innovations helping shape the future of our ocean.

Discover how AltaSea brings together science, technology, education, and entrepreneurship to accelerate ocean-based solutions and build a more sustainable future. Whether you're passionate about ocean science, curious about the blue economy, or simply want to learn more about what's happening on our waterfront campus, we'd love to welcome you!

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who made this year’s Blue Hour such a meaningful evening in support of AltaSea at the Port of Los Angeles.

We’re excited to welcome Chef Manuel, who will be serving Wood Fired Pacific Shrimp with Heirloom Nixtamal Esquites, at this year’s Blue Hour — an evening celebrating sustainable seafood, ocean innovation, and the future of our blue economy.
