Animals Rule Placement Foundation Adoptions are by appointment only with an approved application. Animals Rule Placement Foundation was founded in 2003.

We are a group of volunteers who have come together to rescue and foster animals in need of adoption. Our Mission Statement: Our primary goal is to remove dogs in danger of being euthanized from shelter environments and foster them until permanent homes are found through our adoption program. We believe in the spay and neuter of all animals, regardless of breed, in order to aid in the prevention o

f pet overpopulation. All sick or injured animals receive proper veterinary care, necessary rehabilitation, and dogs who have behaviors that need to be modified receive basic training. Our dogs come to us from a variety of different sources. Most of our dogs are rescued from our City and County Shelters, others are strays, neglected, or abandoned. We can’t believe it’s June already and summer is right around the corner! To start the week off, we want to introduce you to Mercedes! 🐾 This sweet little 1.5-year-old Yorkie mix needs our help finding her forever home. She is about 13 pounds, completely housebroken, and just as healthy as can be. Sadly, her previous owner couldn’t take care of her anymore, so she was surrendered to our rescue. She is already microchipped and up to date on all her shots, and she will be completely ready to go to her new family right after her upcoming spay appointment. Meet Cashew, or "Cassie" for short. She is a 2-year-old Chihuahua mix who weighs just 8 pounds. Cassie is an absolute sweetheart with a tail that never stops wagging! She is incredibly loving, gentle, and loves to play with her toys. She is already housebroken, sleeps right through the night, eats great, and even knows how to use pet stairs to get up and down from the bed.
Cassie is cat-friendly and loves other small dogs. Because she loves having a buddy, she needs to go to a home that already has another small dog for her to bond and play with. She is a very easy girl to care for and will bring so much joy to your life.

Morticia has officially left the building and started a whole new chapter with her amazing new family, Holly and Stephen. With a fresh start comes a brand new name everyone, meet Wendy! ❤️

🇺🇲We are starting this Memorial Day weekend off with the absolute best news, Our sweet boy Milton has officially left the building! Meet Mary, his ride home and his brand new best friend. Mary already reached out to let us know that Milton has settled in beautifully, absolutely loves car rides, and is always up for a good walk. He is being the absolute best boy, and his personality is just simply adorable. 🐾 What a wonderful way to get this holiday weekend started. Seeing Milton head off to his forever home is the perfect festive kickoff, and we couldn't be happier for him and Mary. As we head into the long weekend, we want to wish everyone a very happy and safe three-day weekend. Let's take a moment to honor and remember all the brave individuals who served, while enjoying this special time with our families, friends, and furry companions. everybody!❤️🇺🇸

Daisy is an 8 yr old sweetheart searching for the quiet, patient home she deserves. She was originally adopted from a local shelter, but after only a few weeks her owner decided they didn't have time for a dog. Before that, Daisy spent her life chained up in a backyard.
Despite everything she's been through, Daisy is still gentle and hopeful for a real forever home.

🌹Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing women in our community! Today is for all of you, whether you’re a mom with kids at home, a dedicated dog mom, or one of our incredible foster moms. We see how much you do and we appreciate you so much. We know this day is traditionally for the moms of humans, but in our rescue family, we know that "Mom" is anyone with a heart big enough to care for someone else. We hope your day is filled with relaxation and plenty of sloppy kisses and wagging tails. You’ve definitely earned it!
