Introducing our Development team! Meet our Chief Development and Engagement Officer, Lydia Kokolskyj-West; our Development and Digital Engagement Coordinator, Jane Park; and our Corporate Giving Officer, Kellie Stafford!
Lydia is the newest addition to the BACC Development team, joining as Chief Development and Engagement Officer. She brings over 25 years of experience across fundraising, communications, marketing, public relations, and advocacy, and we're excited to benefit from her insight, strong leadership, and fresh energy as we grow our fundraising efforts! Lydia has also served on a number of nonprofit boards, and currently serves as a board member of the Ukrainian Institute of Modern Art in Chicago and recently joined the campaign committee of El Retiro Jesuit Retreat Center in Los Altos, CA.
As our Corporate Giving Officer, Kellie draws on 20 years of experience as a leader in w**e sales, hospitality, and relationship-building to connect with our corporate partners and sponsors. Those same skills: building trust, reading a room, and closing with confidence, translate directly into how she cultivates donor relationships and builds corporate partnerships and sponsorships. This helps BACC create the kind of lasting connections that keep our mission moving forward.
As our Development and Digital Engagement Coordinator, Jane brings a math degree from UC Berkeley and years of operations experience from the Challenge Institute of Quantum Computation and various nonprofits. That strong foundation shows up in how she manages donation processing, social media content, and our donor database, ensuring BACC's engagement runs smoothly behind the scenes. She currently volunteers for numerous local nonprofits, serving on the board of Notelove and as a mentor for Oakland Promise, and is a woodworker and artist.
