Foundation for San Mateo County Libraries The Foundation supports the San Mateo County Libraries () innovative programs and services.

Main focus areas include Youth and Family Services, Lifelong Learning and Community Engagement. San Mateo County Libraries serve the diverse communities of Atherton, Belmont, Brisbane, East Palo Alto, Foster City, Half Moon Bay, Millbrae, Pacifica, Portola Valley, San Carlos, Woodside and the unincorporated areas of the County including North Fair Oaks. The Foundation for San Mateo County Libraries was established in 2018 to build this legacy for our communities.
