☀️ Wrapping up another incredible school year filled with joy, movement, creativity, healing, and community.

🎭 Celebrating beautiful student performances, productions, showcases, and all the moments our young people stepped into their confidence and SHINED.

👞 Ending an amazing season of Tap Into Life and celebrating a joyful graduation with incredible youth across NYC. The rhythm, growth, confidence, and happy feet this season? Truly special. 💜

🏀 Celebrating a BIG win into the championships!🧡💙 Safe to say our youth have definitely been bringing that hometown pride into our programs.

🌈 Pride season beginning across the city and summer officially making her entrance.

✨ Getting ready for even more incredible summer programming filled with arts, dance, drumming, music, mindfulness, wellness, culture, creativity, and JOY.

June, we’re stepping into you FULL of gratitude, rhythm, joy, and momentum. ☀️✨🌈🌍

As we kick off summer, we’re reflecting on a powerful season of celebration, culture, and community. From honoring Caribbean American Heritage Month 🇭🇹🇹🇹🌴, celebrating Pride 🌈, uplifting the spirit and legacy of Juneteenth ❤️🖤💚, and closing out an incredible school year, our hearts are FULL.

From the East Coast to the West Coast, our incredible teaching artists have been showing up in beautiful ways, bringing dance, movement, music, drumming, mindfulness, meditation, yoga, arts + mixed media, wellness, cultural experiences, and so much more to young people nationwide. 🎶💫

And wow, what a June it has been!

From joyful classrooms to end-of-year celebrations, performances, breakthroughs, laughter, and moments of empowerment, we are ending the school year STRONG and stepping into summer with even more intention. 🌻

There’s something so beautiful about spaces where women + girls can simply be, empowered, joyful, confident, supported, and fully themselves. 💫

This , we’re celebrating the incredible young women and leaders who continue to show up with heart, courage, personality, and POWER. Watching young people grow into themselves, take up space, laugh loudly, and shine in their own way will always be one of our favorite parts of this work. 🌻

At Get Empowered, we deeply believe in creating spaces where women and girls feel seen, celebrated, and reminded that their voice, creativity, and presence matter.
