We are encouraging others who share an interest in this original and now unique style of winemaking to work with us and others to revive this ancient craft here in the United States We Believe that it will be an important tool for winemakers, and of significant interest to consumers. We offer consulting services for wineries, restaurants and retailers who want to set up qvevri production and/or ambiance/effects including the science, infrastructure, and of course the qvevri themselves. In the future we intend to offer a source of certified classic Georgian grape varieties such as Saperavi and Mtsvane.
