🌿 Rooted Connections was thrilled to sponsor another wonderful workshop at La Vista Retirement Community—this time with Ashlene!

Ashlene shared ways to live a healthier lifestyle, covering mental well-being, physical health, and what we eat. We wrapped up with stretching and chair yoga! 🧘‍♀️💪

Thank you, Ashlene, and everyone who joined us! We’re excited to welcome her back every month for workshops on different topics.

📅 Keep your eyes peeled for her next workshop on Monday, October 26, at 1 PM! See you there!

A big thank-you to Jennifer Gomez Tandoc for coming to La Vista Retirement Community and hosting such a fun and creative workshop! 🎨

Jennifer shared her journey as an artist and guided everyone in painting beautiful black-and-white artwork on cutting boards. Everyone had a wonderful time learning, painting, and connecting!

We also want to thank Rooted Connections—Marisa and China—for sponsoring this wonderful event and making it possible! 🖤

Here are a few pictures from the workshop!
