Please join us in congratulating one of our incredible Hermanas on earning her master’s degree from Texas State University! 🎓✨

As a first-generation graduate student and future Registered Dietitian, her journey reflects resilience, dedication, and a commitment to creating a meaningful impact in her community.

Only about 7–8% of Latinas in the United States hold a graduate degree, making this accomplishment even more meaningful and powerful. ❤️

We are so proud to celebrate this milestone and wish her continued success as she takes the next steps in her journey. The future is bright, Hermana. ✨

The books behind the businesses 📚✨

Successful entrepreneurs prioritize learning… many read at least 30 minutes a day to sharpen their mindset and stay ahead.

During Jefas in Business, we asked our panelists what resources helped shape their journey, and of course, the book recommendations did not disappoint.

• The Success Principles by Jack Canfield - Recommended by at
• Gray Rhino by Michele Wucker - Recommended by from
• Get Good with Monday by Tiffany Aliche - Recommended by from .transcendence

These are the kinds of reads that shift your mindset, sharpen your strategy, and remind you that you’re not figuring it all out alone.

Whether you’re just getting started or looking to grow what you’ve already built, adding the right knowledge to your toolkit makes a difference.

Save this list for later, share it with a fellow jefa, and let us know.

📖 Which one are you adding to your reading list?

What does it mean to be a Jefa in Business? ✨

It’s more than a title.
It’s the decisions no one sees.
The risks you take on yourself.
The moments you choose to keep going, even when it’s hard.

At Jefas in Business, we asked each of our panelists what this really means to them, and their answers remind us that there isn’t just one way to lead, build, or succeed.

Being a jefa looks like:
✨ Building something from nothing
✨ Creating opportunities for yourself and others
✨ Learning as you go and growing through it
✨ Leading with purpose, resilience, and community

Take a moment to read through each perspective, and see which one resonates with you most.
