Memorial Day Weekend-Cook-A-Meal Operation HOPE-Vista - 05/26/18

This week is a tough week for volunteering due to Memorial Day Holiday and numerous funerals. Yet we continue to bring smiles to the children and families at Operation Hope. The kids were extremely polite and appreciative. They cane to say thanks and chatted with us. The smiles in their face are the biggest rewards one can have.

Big thanks to Van Do for the very nutritious soup, Lily Do and her two handsome sons for the mouth-watering water-melons and the yummy noodles, and Nick Nguyễn Triết for the egg rolls, cookies , and drinks.

Your help is much needed and greatly appreciated. Last year event was very fun and rewarding. This is a great opportunity for kids and young adults to participate for a great cause.

TIN VUI CHO FORTITUDE EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION - TÂN THỦ QUỸ

FEF vui mừng báo tin chị Loan Vương đã bằng lòng đảm nhận chức vụ Thủ Quỹ cho FEF. Chị sẽ chính thức hoạt động trong vai trò này ngày 1 tháng 7 năm 2018. Fiscal year của FEF là 1 tháng 7 cho đến 30 tháng 6.

Chị Loan lâu nay giúp cho FEF về nhiều mặt nhưng lúc nào cũng sau hậu trường. Chị là một người thích giúp đở người khác, thích suy nghĩ tích cực (positive), nhận việc gì là làm kỹ càng, không nề hà.

FEF rất vui được chị chấp nhận vào ban quản trị của FEF. Chúng ta sẽ làm việc với nhau như một gia ̣đình đầy tình thương.
