What is Project 15 "What a Quinceanera means to me"?

Last Year one of our members had an idea, she suggested we think about doing a quinceanera photoshooot " un Dia de Recuerdos" .
I was like that would be a great idea, but we would need dresses? Two days later I ran across a facebook post on a group page I am on and saw that someone with a non-profit boutique (out of Chicago) posted that they were selling all their quince dresses because they just weren't selling as well as their Bridal & prom selections and you pay $50 no matter what the price tag said, I messaged her and was told that what ever didn't sell by the end of August she would donate what was left of the dresses if i paid for shipping. Fast forward 2 months later we get a knock on the door from the UPS driver and he says he has a delivery , I then asked him how many boxes he said 23 boxes so we were donated & shipped 112 Quinces dresses to use for our Project 15 photo shoot
Requirements to sign up are
Can not have had a Quince or be planning for one
Must be 15 or be turning 15 with in a month of event
participants must be regularly attending school
Tell us in the own words why they should be chosen for the photo shoot.
Parents must also submit why their daughter should be selected
after all submissions have been completed the board looks them over and selects the participants.
