This Memorial Day was a reminder that fitness is about so much more than workouts.

We had people of all ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels show up to do something hard together.

Some completed Murph as written.
Some scaled it.
Some tackled it for the very first time.

Every single person showed courage by showing up and giving their best effort.

That’s what makes this community special.

Not the scores.
Not the times.

The willingness to challenge yourself alongside good people.

That’s the point.

On Memorial Day @ 9 AM, we’re hosting our annual Murph workout at Southwest Training.

Whether you’ve done Murph before or this is your first time, there will be scaling options for ALL fitness levels.

This isn’t about Rx scores or proving something to anyone else. It’s about showing up, pushing yourself, and doing hard things alongside good people.

3 YEARS STRONG 💪🎉

What a day.

We kicked things off with a community workout, got uncomfortable (on purpose) with some cold plunges, and wrapped it all up with a crawfish boil that turned into an all-out celebration.

This place is more than a gym—it’s a community. And getting to help San Martians live stronger, healthier, happier lives every day? That’s the real win.

To our people: y’all make this whole thing what it is. Showing up, putting in the work, bringing the energy… you make it FUN.

Huge love to the crew who helped make the day special:

So… funny story.

We were named Best Bootcamp last year in the Best of Hays awards.

And we kind of forgot to tell anyone. 😂

As voting wraps up for 2025, we realized we never really announced it. It was one of those “that’s really cool” moments… and then we just went back to coaching.

Also, if we are being honest, we were not totally sure how we felt about being called a bootcamp.

We run structured strength and conditioning classes. We care about programming. We care about coaching. We care about long term results.

But if bootcamp means:

✔ Lifting heavy things with intention
✔ Smart conditioning
✔ Coaching that meets you where you are
✔ A community that shows up and has fun

Then sure. We will take it.

Winning in our second year of biz felt like validation that we are building this the right way.

As we head into 2026, our mantra is simple.
