This video shows how to level up your club's Timer role by using specific Zoom video backgrounds. These video backgrounds automatically change color as defined by Toastmasters timing standards. The main benefit is you will not have to manually keep track of time and change your zoom background as time progresses during a speech.

We had a great meeting this morning with the theme: Kids

We started with a round of 1-2 minute impromptu "Table Topics" speeches, where Edwin won best speaker. Edwin then stepped up to deliver a 7 minute impromptu speech about the challenges of raising kids in a different culture.

We look forward to seeing you all next week where David will be our Toastmaster.

Hello Toastmasters and Guests!

This week's meeting theme is "Breath." In practicing , we notice our breath sometimes gets erratic. Our breathing rate can increase, and our breaths can become shallow. This is something almost all experience and learn how to control with practice.

In preparation for this meeting, take a few moments to notice the sensations of breathing. You don't need to guide the breath - it will come and go on its own. Pay attention to it and honor it for a few moments.
