Our Story

Part of the Health and Prevention Division of Community Action Partnership, Liberty Tattoo Removal Program (LTR) offers free tattoo removal treatment to slo county residents with 8 hours of community work service per treatment. Qualifying tattoos include: Gang-related, offensive and anti-social, substance abuse related, or any tattoo that is having a negative affect on one’s life and their ability to move forward with positive change and/or obtaining employment. We do not remove purely decorative tattoos.
