Dear Subaru enthusiasts of California,
It's with a great deal of excitement to announce that after several years of attempts, my company SubieEvents LLC, which is known for Wicked Big Meet, Boxerfest, Big Northwest, and Rocky Mountain Subaru Festival, has reacquired Subiefest. Only a small handful know this, but we were the ones who put the event on from 2010 through 2012 before regrettably selling the rights.
And while Subiefest has been around for more than a decade, in 2017, we're basically starting the event from scratch with a new team, new ideas, and borrowing what we've learned from WBM and the other events.
Here's what that means and what we promise to offer Subiefest attendees:
- An absolute primary focus on experience and happiness for everyone involved
- A well organized and staffed event with clear communication
- A new venue with comfort and convenience in mind
- The use of clever technology, from the point of purchasing a ticket to entering to win prizes
- Dozens of vendors offering great deals, many local and many coming from all over the U.S.
- A handful of fun activities and exciting Subaru oriented content
- To always listen to your feedback / comments and examine how we can improve
As someone who hasn't gone a day in the last decade and a half without owning a modified Subaru, and as an active member of the community since 2002, I invite you to come hang out with me this fall as we celebrate being a part of the best car enthusiast community in the world.
A confirmed date and venue will be announced soon. Stay tuned. Questions and comments: [email protected]
Sincerely,
Robert Champion
Event Director
