Last week, House leaders moved forward a proposal to dramatically expand offshore drilling in U.S. waters. Part of a transportation bills package, the legislation would open up vast new areas for oil drilling off every U.S. coast, including places such as Santa Barbara, Virginia, and the eastern Gulf of Mexico. The proposal is now moving to the House floor and then is likely heading to the Senate. More than ever, Congress needs to hear from people who support protecting our coasts from the risky practice of offshore drilling! RIDE A SKATEBOARD WHEN EVER POSSIBLE!!!
