Happy Older Americans Month!💙

This weekend, Meals That Connect had a great time attending Move with the Mayor, hosted by SLO Village Movement. It was a joyful reminder that physical activity isn’t just good for our bodies — it’s also deeply connected to mental health, confidence, and community.

We loved seeing older adults come together to move, stretch, connect, and enjoy all that our beautiful SLO County community has to offer. Thank you to everyone who helped make this event such a fun and meaningful celebration of healthy aging!
