It’s Fall y’all! For this toddler activity, we are going to encourage you to get out in nature and find some large leaves.

Crayon Leaf Rubbings
🍂Go outside, bonus points if you make it a nature walk, and collect some large leaves that are intact.
🍁Get some crayons and a piece of paper (or several)
🍂Model for your child how to put the leaf under the piece of paper, and color on top of it
🍁After they finish, encourage a conversation about the different parts of the leaf that they see. Make several crayon leaf rubbings in different fall colors and encourage conversation about trees!

Contact Help Me Grow today for a FREE developmental screening and you will get a box of crayons!
