October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month 🎀

A breast cancer diagnosis affects more than the body. Fear, worry, sadness, or even feeling numb at first are all normal reactions. Your feelings are real, and you don’t have to face them alone.

If you’ve felt sad or hopeless, had trouble sleeping, or pulled away from loved ones for 2 weeks or more, please reach out. Small steps like talking to someone you trust, joining a support group, or asking your doctor about emotional support can make a difference.

Khi nhận chẩn đoán ung thư vú, không chỉ cơ thể mà cả tinh thần cũng chịu nhiều ảnh hưởng. Cảm thấy sợ hãi, lo lắng, buồn bã, hay thậm chí trơ ra, không còn cảm xúc lúc ban đầu đều là những phản ứng bình thường. Cảm xúc của quý vị là thật, và quý vị không phải đối mặt một mình.

Nếu trong 2 tuần trở lên, quý vị thường xuyên thấy buồn hoặc mất hy vọng, khó ngủ hoặc ngủ quá nhiều, hay muốn tránh xa người thân, xin đừng ngại tìm sự giúp đỡ. As the weather turns colder and flu season approaches, we warmly invite you to attend our Fall Health Fair. It is a wonderful opportunity to receive your free flu and COVID-19 vaccines before winter, along with many other free health screenings and exams.

Mệt mỏi, lo lắng, khó ngủ hay cảm thấy phải gánh vác mọi việc một mình không có nghĩa là quý vị đang thất bại. Đó có thể là dấu hiệu quý vị cũng cần được chăm sóc.
Đối với những ai hội đủ điều kiện, Medi-Cal có thể giúp chi trả một số dịch vụ chăm sóc sức khỏe tinh thần. VACCEB luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ quý vị trong quá trình tìm hiểu và đăng ký. Quý vị không đơn độc.
