Alpha Phi Omega Section A-2 invites you to Spring Into Action, our Spring Section LFS Project! Our event will incorporate all 3 Cardinal Principles: Leadership, Friendship, and Service with a focus on "Spring Youth Service." Come join us in learning more about how our fraternity can give back to our youth during Spring Youth Service Day through a virtual interface by utilizing leadership skills as you work in teams to create an educational video. We’ll also be participating in fun activities where you’ll meet new IC Brothers and leave with new friends along with youth service resources for your chapter. Additionally, there will be an opportunity for you to take home awards presented by Section Staff. You won't want to miss out!

This event will be held over Zoom on April 24th from 2:00 PM-4:30 PM. Meeting ID and password will be sent to those who are registered prior to the event.

Registration is now OPEN! This form will close on Wednesday, April 21st at 11:59 PM.

The Youth Service Grant Applications are now open in Officer Portal! Apply by February 1st!

The Youth Service Grant Application is now available! To support the dream of APO's founders, the Youth Service Grant is offered to help chapters fund projects to serve children and young people. Apply for your chapter's Youth Service Grant through Officer Portal by February 1!

Thank you to all those who came out to our Fall Section Service Event! We had over 50 brothers in attendance in the spirit of service for diabetes awareness! It was great being able to see everyone come together even through times of social distancing. We hope you all were able to take something away and had fun!

We are proud to finally announce our IC Section Service Project! Starting from today to October 31st, we as a section are taking on the JDRF’s Fundraising and 100 Mile Challenge. Together, we aim to raise $1200 and walk 100 miles.

The main ways you can raise funds is by posting our official Instagram bingo card or by having your friends and family donate directly to our team page. For the 100 Mile Challenge, log your miles on our home page manually or link to the app Strava and have your miles be automatically inputted. More detailed instructions on how to join our team will also be linked below. The bingo card and "donate directly" post are attached as images.

As a thank you from the Section Service Chairs, certificates will be sent out to individuals who either fundraiser a minimum of $50 OR have accumulated 5 miles or more. These can be posted on your social media and LinkedIn as a way to show your participation. It can also be seen as a personal achievement as a Brother in Alpha Phi Omega!

Please spread the word about our IC Section Service Project and share the resources with your chapter. We need all hands on deck and we are excited to see how much all of us can achieve!

Alpha Phi Omega Section A-2 invites you to our first-ever Fall Section Service Event! Our theme for this year is "Diabetes Education Awareness in our Communities." Come join us in learning more about diabetes, participate in our service project with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, take resources back to your chapter for National Service Week, and of course, meet new IC Brothers! We will also be having a special guest speaker...your very own Fall 2020 Pledge Class Namesake Honoree Brother Jamie Conover Stewart!
