🐾 All of our foster dogs are looking for their forever homes — but if they haven't found their people yet, some of them will need a temporary foster to bridge the gap this summer! 🌞

We have big dogs, medium dogs, and puppies, with openings starting as soon as **next weekend**, with most of the need in July.

This is a perfect opportunity if you've ever been curious about fostering but weren't ready for a long-term commitment. Temp fostering is the ideal way to dip your toes in. 🐶

🐾 WE HAVE A NEED — Can You Help? 🐾

We currently have three items on our Amazon Wish List that would make a tremendous difference for our rescue dogs and our transport team. Here's what we need and why:

🍬 Woof Pupsicle Calming Balls and Refills:
We have several dogs currently recovering from surgery and working through rehabilitation. Their therapists have specifically requested these calming pops to help keep our rehab pups relaxed and cooperative during their treatment sessions — making the healing process a little easier and a lot more pleasant for them!

🏠 30 inch Heavy-Duty Crates:
We transport animals to our rescue partners in Canada, and safe, secure crating on our transport bus is an absolute must. These heavy-duty crates ensure the dog travels safely and comfortably on what can be a long journey to their next chapter.

🐾 HAPPY TAILS — MAY ADOPTIONS 🐾

May was absolutely PAWSOME and our hearts are so full! 🌸 This month, 14 incredible dogs found their forever homes, and we couldn't be more overjoyed for each and every one of them. Say it with us — THEY'RE HOME! 🏡

A huge congratulations to Saylor, Beckham, Summer, Pickle, Hudson, Remi, Gage, Patzin, Pringles, Timmy, Fig, Ruffles, Coral, and Liberty — each one deserving of all the love, belly rubs, and cozy naps their new families have to offer. 🐶❤️

But before we celebrate the adoptions, we have to take a moment to honor the incredible people who made it all possible — our amazing foster families. 🙌 These generous souls opened their homes, gave endless love, and put in the work to help each dog heal, grow, and shine. They dried the scared ones, calmed the anxious ones, cheered on the shy ones, and loved every single one of them as their own — even knowing the day would come to let them go. That kind of selfless love is everything. We are so grateful for you. 💛

🐾✨ FREEDOM POST: Brownie ✨🐾

Brownie was owner surrendered to Palmdale Animal Shelter in April. Terrified and confused, she waited… and she waited… and eventually, her name ended up on the euthanasia list. Her time was running out.

But then… a foster said YES. 💛

And just like that, Brownie's story changed forever.

She is now FREE, safe, and settling into her foster home — and we're already hearing the best news: she LOVES the resident dog! 🐶❤️🐶

None of this happens without every single link in this chain:

🐾✨ WE GOT YOU WEDNESDAY: 12 KITTENS OUT OF OC ANIMAL SHELTER! ✨🐾

We see you, we got you, and we're NOT letting URI take you down! 🙅 When a few of these 8-10 week old babies started showing upper respiratory symptoms after just days at the shelter, we pulled the youngest 12 and got them straight to our partner vet — sick ones for treatment, healthy ones to STAY that way. 💪🏥
