We would like to thank Taylor Amarante and Brian Flores, and the entire board of Battle of the Bifanas for the opportunity to host such an incredible event!

It was a GREAT day from start to finish and we are thankful to have been a part of it!

To the community of San Jose and all of those who attended - we hope you enjoyed a bit of our culture and traditions as much as we did!
