Through cultural programs, civic education, and grassroots campaigns, we transform visibility into impact. Leadership, Education, Activism & Dialogue (L.E.A.D.) Filipino, is a nonprofit organization and movement which promotes local engagement, social awareness, and public service among our Valley’s FilAm community. We provide community-responsive workshops, leadership programs, and advocate for issues of racial equity and public safety. Through local partnerships we strive to not only expose – but educate – young Filipinas/xs/os about the community around them from career, academic, and larger-involvement perspectives. In working toward our mission, we host our programs in the San Jose/Silicon Valley. We strive for a simple goal – create lasting change to empower Filipinas/xs/os to persist and achieve as leaders in their own communities today. Weekend hours based on events.
