We enjoyed hosting our monthly Art Therapy classes at the Palo Alto VA Hospital for patients at the Polytrauma Rehabilitation Center, Blind Rehabilitation Center, PTRP, Spinal Cord Injury Unit, Addiction Recovery! We recently added a second monthly class for IETP (SOF). This month’s project was pumpkin painting! We are always grateful to the VA staff for their support and look forward to returning next month! ❤️ 🥰

This morning we hosted our monthly Mobile Family Pantry grocery and personal care distribution at IAMESI Village in San Jose! On a monthly basis, we distribute groceries, personal care essentials, and cleaning supplies to service disabled and previously homeless Veteran residents who are struggling with food insecurity and Veterans who are homebound as a result of their illnesses and injuries. We look forward to continuing to do this monthly distribution at IAMESI! ❤️

We had a great time visiting Patchen Pumpkin Patch in Los Gatos/Santa Cruz Mountains! Patchen generously donated all of the pumpkins for The Cost of Courage Foundation’s upcoming art therapy class for wounded, ill, and injured Veterans! We are incredibly grateful to Patchen Pumpkin Patch for their kindness and support of those who serve! We hope anyone local this Fall will stop by Patchen to pick up a pumpkin and enjoy the attractions!

We were honored to attend today’s graduation ceremony at Marine Corps Recruit Depot - San Diego. We are grateful for the incredible hospitality shown to us by MCRD and thank James Brown for his support and coordination. We wish the new Marines and their families the very best and congratulate them on this incredible accomplishment!!

We enjoyed hosting our monthly Art Therapy classes at the Palo Alto VA Hospital for patients at the Polytrauma Rehabilitation Center, Blind Rehabilitation Center, PTRP, Spinal Cord Injury Unit, Addiction Recovery! We recently added a second monthly class for IETP (SOF). This month’s project was early Autumn and apple themed art! During class, we also distributed teddy bears to patients. Thank you Gabrielle for your generous donation 🙂 We are always grateful to the VA staff for their support and look forward to returning next month! ❤️ 🥰

We were so proud to once again sponsor our mobile family pantry grocery distribution at Moffett Field Base Housing! We were able to provide non-perishable grocery essentials, cleaning essentials, and books to military families! We will be forever grateful to all who serve and sacrifice and always hold them close to our hearts ❤️

In support of airmen returning from deployment, we were honored to participate in today’s 129th RQW Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program Post- Deployment Event in Seaside, CA! As a resource provider, we shared our program information and connected with service members and their families to ensure a successful transition home. The 129th will always hold a special place in our hearts and we look forward to continuing to support their incredible unit ❤️

We were honored to sponsor our Mobile Family Pantry grocery distribution during the Su***de Prevention and Addiction Recovery event at the Menlo Park VA in observance of International Overdose Awareness Day! We provided no cost groceries to Veterans struggling with food insecurity as VA staff shared resources and counseled attendees. We are always proud to partner with the VA and are always grateful for their continued support.

We are excited for our upcoming 12 Year Anniversary - Tribute to Service Gala on Saturday, November 7th at the Hyatt Regency in Santa Clara, CA! We are honored to have NBC Bay Area News Anchor, Jessica Aguirre, emcee this special event! Proceeds from this Gala will support our family pantry and emergency aid programs that benefit Veterans, Military Service Members, Military Families, and Gold Star Families! We enjoyed hosting our monthly Art Therapy classes at the Palo Alto VA Hospital for patients at the Polytrauma Rehabilitation Center, Blind Rehabilitation Center, PTRP, Spinal Cord Injury Unit, Addiction Recovery! We also recently added a second monthly class for IETP (SOF). This month’s project was neuroart and luau themed wood crafts! With our IETP patients, we focused on painted neuro art in an effort to process trauma and promote stress reduction. We are always grateful to the VA staff for their support and look forward to returning next month! ❤️ 🥰
