I'm thrilled to announce that as the new president of the Assyrian Youth Federation of America - AYFA, I'm here to share some exciting updates and our vision for the future! Our mission is all about preserving our rich Assyrian heritage and empowering our youth.

🔹 About AYFA: We're a vibrant alliance of secular Assyrian youth organizations across the U.S., committed to celebrating and promoting our Assyrian identity. By connecting these groups, we create a powerful force for positive change in our community.

🔹 Our Vision: Bringing young Assyrians together, we aim to create a strong sense of community, while celebrating and strengthening our unique cultural identity.

🔹 Our Mission: We connect Assyrian youth organizations nationwide, collaborating to honor our heritage and uplift the Assyrian nation. Plus, we're in global partnerships, especially focusing on supporting our homeland.

🌐 Our Key Projects for 2024:

4th Annual AYFA Assembly - Educational and social activities for young Assyrians in the USA.

AYFA/GISHRU Homeland Trip - Exploring our roots in North Iraq.

AYFA X AJM Exchange Program - A youth exchange with the Assyrian Youth Association of Central Europe.

9th Annual AYFA Youth Summit - A gathering of young Assyrians during the Assyrian Convention.
