NOW Program- Goodwill of Silicon Valley is happy to provide employment opportunities and life training to those in our region who are seeking to improve their quality of life. If you know anyone seeking support in re-entering the community and workplace from recent criminal justice involvement please send them our way. Congratulations to the graduates of our Women in Trades program who completed an intensive 6 week training to enter the Laborers Union Local 270. We’re so proud of you 👏🏽 😁

Our Construction Training Participants have worked so hard and it all paid off today during their Agility Assessment with the entire program achieving a 100% pass rate. These hard working men and women will be on their way to successful transition into the Union as apprentices, and working towards rebuilding a life for themselves and their families. We're so proud of you all!

Even amidst the health crisis, your help us provide services to our participants. Mondays and Fridays staff is able to continue distributing job skills training assignments and pay while still practicing . Our 6-week Laborer Pre-Apprenticeship Paid Training program is an awesome opportunity for our participants to get hands on construction training and get plugged in with a career opportunity at the end of the class. So exciting to see these guys and gals at work!
