8 students from Std 7 at Prantiya Primary School, an ODiSI school, took the stage at the National Science Drama Festival with a play titled ""Artificial Intelligence: Friend, Threat or Enemy?""

Against 14 schools, including reputed private schools, they came home with 3rd rank at the district level, a trophy and a prize. 🏆

Guess what happens when rural schools get a taste of learning using technologyThey ace it like digital natives!

The OSAAT Digital Program, ODiSI, proved yet again that Learning Digitally assists rural children to perform better in their public exams.

142 children scored over 90% Class X board exams in the rural schools where we trained teachers and students to use digital tools to learn, test, assess and improve.

ODiSI integrates technology with classroom learning to strengthen both digital skills and subject learning, using AI-tools, gamification, quizzes and more.

As part of the 2025-26 Rewards & Recognition program, we celebrated the achievers who scored over 90% in the Class 10 State Board SSLC exams.

- 75 students were presented mini-laptops
- 67 students with certificates and college kits
- 15 schools in Mysuru and Kolar regions received Smart TVs
- 32 rural government schools recognised for their support

ODiSI Program covers it all from network and devices infra, to training and support, for a true digital equity for rural students.

Hundreds of books quietly made their way into Nashik and Sangli villages some time back.

1852 students in 6 rural schools were waiting for them as part of the beautiful new libraries from the OSAAT - Maryam LIbrary partnership program.

There is something special about watching a child discover a book—the curiosity, the turning of pages, the quiet excitement of finding a new story or idea.

Through the OSAAT–Maryam Library Partnership, we are taking that joy of reading to rural government schools in Maharashtra.

We are creating complete library spaces—with books, almirahs, tables and chairs—giving children a dedicated place to sit, read, explore and learn at their own pace.

Because access to books should not depend on whether a child grows up in a city or a village.

We are delighted to partner Maryam Library Foundation Library Foundation from the USA to set up rural school libraries every year in the most deserving schools.

Because books can open windows to a world, a child has never seen.

The learning barriers have come crashing down. 10 Bihar rural govt schools get transformed into ODiSI Digital Schools by OSAAT in Gaya Ji and Bodh Gaya.

Digital screens with LMS and AI will share space with good old Chalk and board now. Bringing the rural classroom alive with a digital canvas to enhance learning.

ODiSI Digital School is a complete Digital learning ecosystem with infrastructure, training and support for 3 years. Made possible by the gracious support of Param Hansa Philanthropies.

More than 20 teachers from the 10 schools participated in intensive digital classroom enablement training at the DIET office.

Teachers learned to use LMS platforms, digital assessments, -assisted lesson planning and question creation, digital learning resources and to make learning more engaging for students from grades 6 to 8.

10 schools. 2,600+ students. 20+ teachers trained. 340+ digital devices.

One shared vision of bringing equity in learning opportunities and making rural government schools get on par with private ones in collaboration with Karunodaya Foundation.

This shy artist was engrossed in his art under a tree in his school - ZP High School for Boys, Ghatkesar, Telangana.

We coaxed him into showing his sketch book and we got to see this beautiful little Krishna he had made.

It's a reminder that talent can show up in many forms, art, music, sports and not just academics.

They studied in government schools themselves. And then they set about to do what was needed, with a passionate team of volunteers from across the world.

OSAAT founder Vadiraja Bhatt and Chairman BV Jagadeesh have led a movement of sorts quietly in rural India to uplift the students and make them believe in their dreams.

We’re grateful to TheBetterIndia for telling the OSAAT story through a school destroyed by flood and the quiet transformation that is going on in schools across rural India.

Our real pride is when a child walks into a better classroom and begins to believe in a bigger future. It is about teachers who have better tools to teach. And it is about making quality learning an equal opportunity—not a privilege.
