This week was a milestone for Enterprise Division as our cadets traveled to Oregon to attend training at Camp Rilea. For several of our newest recruits, it was their very first time flying on their ownโa big step that they handled with confidence, maturity, and professionalism.
While some of our cadets graduated Recruit Training, others took the next step in their leadership journey by attending or serving on staff at the Petty Officer Leadership Academy (POLA). Whether learning the fundamentals of military training or developing and mentoring future leaders, every cadet represented Enterprise Division with pride.
What stood out most was the way our cadets looked after one another. From navigating airports to supporting each other throughout training, they demonstrated the teamwork, leadership, and camaraderie that define the Sea Cadet program.
Congratulations to all of our cadets on your accomplishments. We are incredibly proud of the way you represented Enterprise Division and the U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps. Your dedication, resilience, and willingness to serve others continue to set the standard.
