Hey y'all, Rooster here... I constantly find myself in the situation of "nobody else I gonna say it/do it, so I guess I'll have to." And here I am, again....
Last night was supposed to be our usual Karaoke and Pot Luck Night. We do this literally every Friday night. One of our Volunteer Bartenders, Meredie, opened at 6pm as per usual. By 8pm NOT A SOUL had come through, except Nicky and Lola, both of whom left before 8pm. Our Friday night numbers have been dwindling each week. Week ago was good, but weeks before that, and last night, have not been good..... So, here's the questions. DO Y'ALL EVEN CARE IF WE STAY OPEN? DO Y'ALL EVEN WANT KARAOKE AND POT LUCK NIGHTS? Nobody comes to meetings, at all, let alone with ideas. Nobody has anything good to say or contribute. The Trustees and myself are doing literally EVERYTHING we can to keep our Aerie open. MAYBE come to a meeting if you have any ideas. If not just stay at the Elks. Don't call the Aerie, at 1030pm asking "you guys staying open over there?" Because we're not going to. We're not going to serve you if you're already drunk. We're not going to be your 2nd choice in everything. RANT OVER I GUESS

The passing of our Brother Greg Colburn was hard for all of us.
