Rosa G. Molina is the past Executive Director of ATDLE (Association of Two-Way & Dual Language Education), founded in 2012 as an evolution of Two-Way CABE, which she helped develop in 1991, and she has dedicated her career to advancing two-way bilingual immersion (TWBI) education and the Seal of Biliteracy. Over her career, she held roles ranging from bilingual teacher and resource specialist to principal and district administrator, and through Project Two-Way, a U.S. Department of Education grant, she helped develop and support more than 30 dual-language programs across the United States.

Do you have a successful strategy, innovative practice, research project, or program model that could benefit fellow Dual Language educators?

We are seeking engaging sessions that advance the field of Two-Way Bilingual Immersion and Dual Language Education. Whether you’re a first-time presenter or a longtime conference contributor, we encourage you to submit a proposal and join the national conversation.

Presentations should connect to the Guiding Principles of Dual Language Education and provide practical insights, research, or strategies that support multilingual learners and Dual Language programs.

📣 STAND WITH MULTILINGUAL LEARNERS

ATDLE stands in solidarity with NABE 2027 in opposing a proposed federal regulation that would require Head Start programs to prioritize English instruction for children who do not speak English.

English development and multilingualism can—and should—coexist.

Children’s home languages are assets that support learning, family engagement, cultural identity, and healthy development. Multilingual education is not secondary—it is essential to culturally and linguistically responsive education.

Submit a public comment opposing the proposed English-only requirement by October 6, 2026:
