Dear All,
For the past 27 years Refugee & Immigrant Forum of Santa Clara County has celebrated World Refugee Day. This year we decided to continue celebrating this important day in a different format due to the peresent uncertain climate in the U.S. and the rest of the world. I encourage you to take a few minutes and enjoy the video we created to honor World Refugee Day. You can access the video on Refugee & Immigrant Forum of Santa Clara County's page at https://www.facebook.com/groups/169116216477367 . That way, you can join and like our page, and if you are not on Facebook, you can view the video on YouTube at https://youtu.be/88tYpzlnsJA
The disadvantage of the celebration this year is that we are not able to be together in person, but the advantage is we will be able to reach out and bring awareness to this important day to more people with your help. I highly encourage you to watch the video and share it on social media and with your friends and family.
Let's hope we will be able to celebrate the World Refugee Day in person and together in 2021.
Warm regards,
Ellie
