Attached to the Portraits of Success Luncheon, in the morning, is a Youth Leadership Conference aimed at inspiring and energizing students to find success in the classroom and beyond! Every year, 250 local high school student participants have the unique opportunity to meet the Honorees and hear their incredible stories which include lessons on setting goals, overcoming obstacles, and achieving su

ccess. Additionally, students interact with local leaders from a variety of professional backgrounds, hear from a dynamic keynote speaker, and attend the Luncheon Award Ceremony! This is an effective conference because often times the award recipients and other leaders in the room are individuals that reflect the youth audience, the students that you and your staff are dedicated to educating. It is inspiring for youth to hear stories from someone who was able to overcome some of the very same obstacles that they are currently facing through the course of their lives.
