Last but certainly not least, we'd like to introduce the last member for our OC intros...

Kevin Daniels, the OCP! Kevin is a super senior at San Jose State University studying computer science. He has been in AIESEC for 2 years now and was in charge of overseeing conference operations and VPs, and making sure things ran as best as possible. We have him to thank for taking on the initiative to get this conference started!

Kevin loves AIESECers and joined the OC to socialize. He has Mako Kawada to thank for influencing him to join AIESEC. Kevin finds the diversity within this one-of-a-kind organization inspiring and the global relationships made are great!

His favorite moments at RoKS include hugging his OC team, hanging out with all of you on Saturday, seeing alumnus David Lo, AIESEC San Diego's spirit, chatting with Matt Ojeda, and being on Sober Patrol with Nic and Liz. Kevin states that the people is what AIESEC is all about and that he loves his OC team!

Woohoo! That's a wrap on the OC profiles! Stay tuned for more photos and videos! Let's not forget what we learned at RoKS! Utilize it into our LCs to keep the West Coast the best coast!

Sorry, West Coast. Let's finish up the last two OC intros...hahaha.

Elsa Lin, VP of Marketing and Communications! Elsa is a 2nd year Graphic Design/Advertising double major at San Jose State University. She is in her second semester of AIESEC and is in charge of distributing conference info through Facebook, emails, recording the conference, etc.

Elsa joined the OC because she wanted to gain experience and become more involved in the AIESESC community beyond her LC, give back to AIESEC all that it has given her, create an awesome RoKS experience just as she had experienced last Fall, and to grow as a leader and individual.

Her favorite RoKS moment as of now were the reflections during the closing plenary of . She felt extremely proud of AIESEC West Coast and AIESEC, in general. And it was incredibly rewarding to hear how new members started to understand all that AIESEC had to truly offer and to see older members reignite and grow their passion for this organization.

Introducing the thug with humble beginnings...

Yvette Lau, VP of Hotel Relations! She's a 4th year Communication studies major at the University of Washington! She's graduating this June (congrats to you and Haley!!) and has been in AIESEC for 1 year now. She's in charge of hotel logistics, clarifying questions for the OC, and making sure the place looks gorgeous and everything is in order for when you arrive!

Yvette joined the OC because this RoKS might be the last conference she attends before she graduates. Therefore, she thinks that she should take a step forward and be a part of the organizing committee to help make the conference experience more memorable and special. Last year in April, she attended her first AIESEC conference: the West Coast Leadership Development Seminar (LDS). She would really like to see how far she's come from then and to see how her AIESEC journey has changed her since last year.

One of Yvette's favorite AIESEC conferences was last summer's national conference in Taiwan. It was her first AIESEC international conference. Through it, she met people from different countries with different languages and cultures and yet, they found out that they were pretty similar. All of them had the same passion for AIESEC, travelling, and developing themselves. She was amazed by how AIESEC impacted youth worldwide! And her favorite moment within that conference was participating in a flash mob with 500 AIESECers in the central business area. It was amazing!!

Who's this little fella giving us the stink eye?

Why it's Sagar Patel, our VP of Technical Expertise! Sagar is a 4th year Business major with a management concentration at San Jose State University. He's in charge of getting the materials and equipment for the conference and making sure all the tech stuff runs smoothly. This is his second semester in AIESEC.

Sagar joined the OC because his first conference was the Fall 2013 RoKS in Arizona and it was amazing! So now he wants all of the new members coming in this semester to have the same experience he had.
His favorite RoKS moment was when he realized how much closer he had gotten to his LC after that one weekend.

Definitely shoot Sagar a stink eye back at the conference! Just kidding! No, but really, give us a "Sagar" look at our photoshoot on Sunday night. ;)

Next up for OC introductions is...

Haley Gross, our VP of Administration! She is currently a 4th year Communication Studies major and Psychology minor at Cal Poly SLO. She will be graduating in June (congrats!) and has been in AIESEC for a 1 year now. Haley is in charge of the logistics behind registration, room assignments, etc.

Haley joined the OC to give back to the organization that has given so much to her. She has attended regional, national, and international conferences and each conference has impacted her in more ways than she can describe. AIESEC has empowered Haley to be the greatest version of herself, to always strive for the best, and has introduced her to the world's most driven people. She wants to help inspire people as much as every conference has inspired her.

Her favorite RoKS moment happened in Spring 2013, directly after she joined AIESEC. Haley had no idea what to expect and she didn't know what she was doing. All she knew was that she was at RoKS because she joined a new organization. However, she vividly remembers the moment when she went home and called her family to tell them about RoKS. Then it hit her. The phone call made her realize how much she learned. Haley raved about RoKS for TWO hours and she couldn't stop talking about every detail she learned, every moment she felt empowered, and every person she met. It was an incredible experience for her.

Don't forget to say "hi" to her at the conference and we can't wait for YOU to experience RoKS for yourself!

It's...about time we introduce the OC, huh?

And of course we have to start off with our wonderful VP of Graphic Design & Presentation, Angie Oh, who has created the amazing Facebook visuals and delegate mailer!

Angie is currently a Junior at the University of Washington studying landscape architecture! It is her first year being a part of AIESEC Seattle. She joined the OC to challenge herself, help develop her design skills, and to get more involved with AIESEC! Her favorite OC/RoKS moment so far was when the amount of registered delegates for reached 100+!

Don't hesitate to say "hi" to her at RoKS and thank her for her hard work and awesome job!
