For families caring for a loved one living with Alzheimer's disease or dementia, the daily responsibilities can be both rewarding and overwhelming. Hearts & Minds provides a safe, compassionate, and engaging environment where participants can connect with others, enjoy meaningful activities, and experience joy in every stage of their journey.

At the same time, caregivers and family members receive something equally important, a chance to rest, attend appointments, run errands, or simply take a much-needed break knowing their loved one is in good hands, receiving quality care and support.

Through specialized programs designed for individuals at different stages of Alzheimer's and dementia, Hearts & Minds helps improve the quality of live for both participants and their families.

"Fun Fact Friday" Valle Monte League has been championing mental health for over 70 years! From our beloved Christmas Tree Elegance tradition (since 1957!) to raising more than $11 million for community mental health services, we're happy to show how connection and compassion create real change.

In many communities, conversations about mental health have historically been difficult or avoided altogether. By sharing our experiences, listening without judgment, and encouraging open dialogue, we help create a culture where seeking help is viewed as strength, not weakness.
