🚨Our 2026 scholarship is now open, and we have INCREASED our scholarship amount from $2,000 to $3,000 per recipient!

We encourage the following students from the Silicon Valley to apply:

• Current high school seniors who will be enrolling as a freshman in a 4-year university in Fall 2026
• Community college transfer students who will be transfering to a 4-year university in Fall 2026
• Graduate students who will be enrolled in an accredited graduate program in Fall 2026

Each year, VAPW awards scholarships to stellar female students in predominantly underserved parts of the Bay Area. These students have shown excellence and consistent commitment in academics, leadership, community service, and contributions to the Vietnamese community! The VAPW scholarships will support these students throughout their undergraduate and graduate journeys.

On Dec. 2nd, VAPW hosted our annual holiday mixer where we kicked off this year's Mentorship Program! We enjoyed mixing and mingling with our mentorship families consisting of professional women, college students, and high school students while enjoying delicious boba and snacks at A Sack of Potatoes SJ

VAPW was honored to support AACI's Asian Women's Home by collecting gift cards to provide holiday gifts for children of survivors of domestic violence.

Thank you to all members, mentees, friends, families, and community members for your support of our programs in 2023.

VAPW was excited to partner with our friends at Google to host a tour of their Mountain View campus on August 10.

From exploring the iconic Android sculptures to witnessing the inner workings of Google, the tour aimed to introduce these bright minds to the exciting world of tech.

This tour was a step towards opening doors for these aspiring tech enthusiasts. Who knows, one of them might be the tech leader of tomorrow, shaping the world with their ideas!
