Fiscal Cents

Fiscal Cents Fiscal Cents is unique in that we work directly with principals and teachers to find places in the curriculum where fiscal literacy can be taught.

A few former KPMG employees along with a few educators have combined their passion for accounting with their passion for community service to form an organization that teaches fiscal literacy to youth. At the same time, opportunities are created for companies to come into the schools and directly contribute to ensuring a generation of financially literate youth. Through their contribution, companies will see their efforts directly impacting the local community.

Want your kids to be involved in saving? Use a family change jar!!

One mom's story:
The family change jar helped us buy a puppy this year after 2 years of saving all our change. We’re currently saving for a DisneyWorld vacation. Everyone is motivated since we all benefit from the savings. We use a 5 gallon water jug that is empty, and taped on a picture of Disney in place of the puppy we now own and love.
