The retreat will be facilitated by *Poonam Tandon*, who has led silent retreats and meditation programs around the country. She is known for her warmth, care, deep wisdom, and personal mentorship to her students.

☀️ Summer Recap with SKY Campus Happiness at SJSU! 💙

What a summer! We kicked things off with an inspiring Leadership Development Training with our incredible officers, then headed to Boone, North Carolina, to volunteer at a special event celebrating the teachers and wisdom that have touched thousands of lives. 🌿✨

We wrapped up the summer at the LA Center with a beautiful Aphorisms of Love wisdom series with SKY founder, Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. ❤️

We’re feeling inspired, grateful, and SO excited to be back on campus for the new semester!

☀️ What a beautiful way to close out the year! Our final SKY retreat of the semester was filled with so much laughter, connection, growth, and genuine joy. From powerful breathwork and meditation to meaningful conversations and unforgettable moments together, this weekend was the perfect reminder of the strength of our community. ✨

Thank you to everyone who showed up with open hearts and positive energy — you made this retreat so special. Watching everyone relax, recharge, and truly enjoy the experience was incredible.

We’re leaving this semester feeling grounded, inspired, and excited for all the summer adventures ahead 🌿☀️ Here’s to more memories, more connection, and an amazing summer together. See you all soon! 💛
